It organizes his work independently. It may appeal, under its responsibility, to any external competence which it deems useful. It guarantees the scientific rigor of the studies produced and disseminated by the Association.<\/p>\n<p>The Scientific Council is convened by its coordinator, acting on its own initiative or at the request of the Board of Directors.
